services (including EPR Axis™) provided by EPR Global Consulting LLC (“EPR Global Consulting,”

EPR Global Consulting provides:
• Packaging Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) advisory and consulting services
• Regulatory, compliance, and data-management services
• Access to proprietary software tools, including EPR Axis™

statements of work (“SOWs”), or license agreements. In the event of a conflict, those agreements control

• EPR Axis™ platform, data models, and logic

4. Software Access (EPR Axis™)

Access to EPR Axis™ is subject to:
• Applicable subscription terms or license agreements

• Suspension or termination for misuse, non-payment, or breach
EPR Global Consulting retains all ownership rights to the software, underlying logic, and intellectual property.

5. Confidentiality

Information disclosed during consulting engagements, demos, or platform access may include confidential or
proprietary information.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
• Each party agrees to use confidential information solely for the intended business purpose
• Confidential information may not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law

6. No Legal or Regulatory Advice Disclaimer

EPR Global Consulting provides business, technical, and compliance support services.
We do not provide legal advice.
Any regulatory interpretations, calculations, or outputs are for informational and operational support purposes
only. Clients are responsible for:
• Final regulatory filings
• Legal interpretations
• Compliance determinations

7. Data and Privacy
